Adding fans and followers as a means of gaining an audience is now becoming an essential part of promoting your product or service.

As we move forward with World-wide usage of the internet, the hot topic right now is how, with millions of web pages being launched every week, can you get yourself and your web-site noticed?

Well, that all depends on budget in the main part, if you have endless amounts of cash, you can always push yourself to the forefront with Ad words. But, budget being the optimum word here, most of us don't have the tens of thousands it can take to undertake an Ad words campaign that produces any other than a bank sapping couple of weeks!

For most people trying to launch a new product or service on the Internet, it often means late nights, hours of research and constant disappointment as the next sure fire traffic gaining method you can't wait to try, amounts to little more than a blip in your visitor numbers.

Let's face, the competition is stiff, and they seem to have better software, more time and more knowledge than the rest of us! And there is only so much time we have to spare as often, we budding online Entrepreneurs have to hold down a real job to pay the bills as we work on our billion dollar side-line!

Like most of you, I have been through the highs and lows of online sales and marketing. The highs when I got my first sale, and the low's when it seemed like it would be my only ever sale! But, the great thing about the web is the knowledge we all need, and the techniques that really do work can be found out there somewhere after trawling through the trash.

It is exactly what happened to me, after another promising bid to launch my next money spinning idea (a blog network) failed miserably as Google decided to change its algorithms at just the worst possible time, I stumbled upon a method that really restored my faith in online business - and it had been staring me in the face all the time.

Social Networking hadn't slipped my notice as a means of gaining customers, but my attempts to harness anything meaningful from them had resulted in a few followers who eventually tailed off, and the odd friend or fan who probably thought I was someone famous! But, it was while doing a bit more research that I found I could buy Fans and Followers in bulk (and therefore potential customers) at a very reasonable price. In fact, I worked out that for the same price as a few words in a local ad; I could gain around 2,000 potential customers, and with a bit of interaction and wit - keep them.

The site I found (but there are more springing up) was a site called Force Social Media, and being based in the UK, they looked like they could be trusted. I opted for a $100 bundle deal that promised me 1000 fans and 1000 followers within 7 days. Call me sceptical, but it would have taken me years to get that many so, I guessed it may be another $100 cost that I could put down to another hard lesson learned. But, sure enough within a few hours I saw my twitter followers were at 58, then the next day 220, and the next day 350, and this carried on. The same went for my Facebook page, the ad promised Bulk Facebook fans, and that is what I got. Within the space of a week, for a mere $100, I had 2000 new potential customers! The rest then was pretty simple for me - I went back for more!
